Terms and Conditions for Kentucky Derby Charter Bus Rental

Bus charters for the Kentucky Derby are available for single-day rentals from Tuesday to Thursday. Single-day bookings include up to 12 hours of service, including travel to and from Churchill Downs.

Charters for Friday and Saturday are offered as two-day packages, covering both days with a combined service duration tailored to your itinerary.

Prices for single-day charters (Tuesday–Thursday) are based on 12 hours of service. Additional hours may incur extra charges, subject to availability.

Friday and Saturday bookings require a two-day package, with pricing reflecting the extended service period.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to submit a deposit and select your preferred payment plan. Full payment terms will be outlined in the confirmation email.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with access to an online portal where you can track your trip status, view booking details, and manage your itinerary.

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and payment plan options will be detailed in the confirmation email.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and completion of the payment plan setup.

Cancellations for single-day charters (Tuesday–Thursday) must be made at least 30 days prior to the booked date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations for two-day packages (Friday–Saturday) must be made at least 45 days prior to the first booked date for a full refund. Cancellations within 45 days may incur additional fees, as outlined in the booking agreement.

All charter buses are private for your group and feature luxurious amenities, such as all-leather interiors. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please notify us in advance to ensure proper accommodations.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.

All vehicles are operated by licensed, professional drivers and undergo regular safety inspections. Passengers are expected to follow driver instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

The company is not liable for personal injuries, lost or damaged items, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or event-related issues).

Itineraries can be customized, including pick-up/drop-off locations and additional stops, subject to approval and additional fees.

Any changes to the itinerary must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the trip to ensure availability.
